Description ➤ Plastic mold for a candle - Cylinder (Ø 60✕150 mm)

We offer you the mold "Cylinder" for the candles manufacture. All forms (besides the pyramids) have a removable lid, which considerably facilitates the candle extraction from the mold. The molds are made from heat-resistant plastic. Further detailed information about how to work with our molds, can be found in the section "Master Classes".

General guidelines for working with molds:

  • For frost effect on candles the optimum temperature for pouring wax is 62-65° C
  • For a smooth candle the wax should be poured at the temperature of 80-85° C

To have no problems with removing the candles from the mold, use one of the following methods:

  1. It is necessary to process the mold with a separator: with silicone grease or a vegetable oil.
  2. If you have not processed the mold before pouring, and have your candle stuck in the mold, place the form to the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Another way to "kick out" the candle from the mold is to knock gently this mold at the edge of a table or with a hammer.
  4. Be sure to wait until the candle is hardened perfectly.

Врахуємо ваше побажання)
На фото 40*100, 50*200, 50*250
але фото викривлює розміри, тому щоб добре уявити розмір, раджу заміряти лінієчкою Можна скрутити циліндрик з паперу і заміряти лінієчкою, це допоможе Вам візуалізувати розмір и обрати форму

Подскажите, какой нужно брать фитиль для форм 30*200 и 40*150?
Буду делать свечи в обоих формах из пчелиного воска и из пальмового (воски не смешиваю). Я так понимаю, что фитиль например, в форму 30*200 для пчелиного и пальмового воска может быть разный.

Именно пчелиный и пальмовый воски похожи между собой тем, что они оба очень тугоплавкие, т.е. для них я бы рекомендовала брать самый толстый фитиль даже для нешироких форм, т.к. фитиль №4

Форми хороші. Брала разом з пальмовим воском, фото виложу.
Тільки іноді знизу форми там де йде фітіль, протікає, не розумію чому.
А так товари і ціни супер, буду замовляти й далі. Дякую вам.

дякую Вам за відгук) Потрібно зав'язувати вузлик з гноту знизу і добре натягувати сам гніт.. або можна шматочком теплого, м'якого воску-парафіну заклеїти цей отвір. Також дивіться відео в нас в інсті https://www.instagram.com/mycandle.com.ua/

Доброго вечора, 30*150, де 30мм - це діаметр, 150мм -висота. Раджу обирати форму з лінієчкою,це допоможить Вам її собі уявити, бо на фото розмір викривлений

Здравствуйте. Варила свечу из пальмового воска с использованием пластиковой формы.дедала все как у вас в видео показано. Но свеча после застывания не отходит от стенок формы и вообще ее достать из формы не получается, даже большими усилиями. В чем может быть причина?

Здравствуйте, пальмовый воск действитель сложнее вхыодит из формы, чем, например, соевый или парафин. Нужно приноровитья к немУ, обычно помогает поместить свеча в морозилку минут на 15-20, после морозилки дать 3-5 минут полежать при комнатной температуре и потом выталкивать свечу. Этот способ отлично помогат с соей и парафином. С пальмовым воском чуть хуже, но туже работает. Лучше всего использовать силиконовый спрей разделитель перед заливкой формы.

Подскажите пожалуйста, как рассчитать количество гранулированного парафина на форму? И при какой температуре заливать?

Кількість парафіну (не залежно від того гранульований він чи ні) можна розрахувати за об'ємом циліндра. Якщо Вас цікавить якась конкретна форма, напишіть розміри, я напишу Вам об'єм. Або можете самостійно розрахувати тут https://tamali.net/calculator/3d/cylinder/volume/
