Exchange and return

We are sure that you will like our materials, but if you decide to return them, we undertake to accept them back. You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of purchase.

This right is guaranteed to you by the Consumer Protection Act.

To use this feature, please make sure that:

• the product was not in use and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, abrasions.
• the goods are fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not violated; all labels and factory markings are retained.
• The presence of a sales receipt is required.

If we sent your purchase by a transport company (courier service), then when returning it, you must BEFORE contact our employees and agree on the terms of return.
